Returns & Exchanges
At Taos Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.
- 3.Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
