Most of our shoes fit true to size, but we recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Simply use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for a seamless return process.
Do Taos shoes provide arch support?
Yes, Taos is famous for our Curves & Pods® premium removable footbeds and built-in arch support designed to provide all-day comfort and alleviate foot fatigue.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I wash my Taos sneakers?
Many of our canvas sneakers are machine washable. Remove the footbeds and laces, wash on a cold, gentle cycle, and always allow them to air dry away from direct heat.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers in the near future.
